Notes:
He should exhibit deep understanding of SFDC.
He should actively participate in implementation planning meetings.
Should have extensive experience Sales force implementation projects.
All activities related to Project Mgmt Life cycle including planning, execution, monitoring, control and status reporting * Manage on-off teams for on time delivery.
Customer Stakeholder Management * Should be able to understand the technical solution and work with technical architect to propose a project to implement solution.
Knowledge of PMP would be good to have * Risk/Mitigation and Issue Management.
Release planning & communication * Coordination with QA and IT team of the customer.
Identify, monitor and enforce adherence to metrics.
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
Should be able to establish direct and good rapport with senior customer management.
