Skills and Experience: - Must have strong understanding of Digital media and technology solutions
- Must possess a high level of commercial acumen and sound judgment skill in order to negotiate key contracts and liaise in a credible, influential way with clients
- Must have 1-2 years of experience working with a well-known agency.
- Must have proven track record of making pitches and presenting in front of clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills are necessary
- Self-motivated and capable of performing in high paced environment
- Strong analytic skills including the ability to do market research and analysis, detailed competitor and pricing analysis
- Be able to build strong, long-term working relationships
- Be able to negotiate, solve problems and make effective decisions
- Be flexible and able to respond positively to change
- Clearly understands how digital media works and how to add value through the medium.

Job Responsibilities - Account management for FMCG clients both locally and abroad.
- Work on proposals, ideas, strategy, pitches etc for FMCG clients.
- Job involves traveling for 20-30 percent of the time.
- Work on weekly/monthly contact reports for the assigned clients.
- Continuously work on building value and provide new campaign ideas to clients.
- Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
- Communicate and educate clients on the latest about the digital media space in the region.
- Educate clients on policies and procedures of engagement at Creative Chaos.
- Work on annual plans for online campaigns and activations.
- Most importantly make sure that the client is always happy.
